San Pedro Valley News-Sun BENSON — After being in the golf business for more than a month, the City of Benson appears pleased with its management of the San Pedro Golf Course. Arizona Golf Systems LLC , owned by Tom Hartley, donated the $12 million course to the city in October. Prior to the donation, the course had been closed for five months due to slow economic times
